As an active member of the UN organization “the Global Compact”, we are especially bound to comply with Principle 3 regarding labor standards, “Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining”.

Cognizant of the worker’s right to freely associate without being coerced, we champion this principle by facilitating communication between our staff and factory management.

We are convinced that working under this principle can help us to improve our factories’ working environment.
