The purpose of having a formal monitoring process is to assure our clients that factories will permanently be in full compliance with our shared Human Rights principles.

While also following the clearly defined audit process, our internal auditors are empowered to make use of our internally set monitoring methods to guarantee impartial conclusions. Complete data of every factory is collected from our offices worldwide, thus enabling RGS to send proof of compliance to any client upon request.

RGS is aware of possible non-compliance issues despite our thorough monitoring process; however, we are fully committed to maintaining a proactive approach and relationships with our factories, in order to eliminate any possible occurrence.
